You’re not broken.

You were patterned.

Break the patterns you didn’t choose—without losing who you are.

I help women rewire survival-based patterns rooted in childhood, relationships, and generational imprinting—so they can feel safe, whole, and fully authentically, themselves.

Unique Approach to Healing

Where Faith, Neuroscience, and Psychology meet. The path through therapy can bring us to a level of knowledge and understanding from our adult perspective, looking back, and some do regress to help look at the child perspective.

This Heart House Method™ goes to the root of the child’s perception and then uses the very trait of the nervous system that helped survival to rewire to a healthy adult, healed place of loving fully, your authentic, genuine, whole self.
