Break the patterns you didn’t choose and find your authentic self.

Neuroscience-informed, faith-honoring coaching for women who are tired of understanding their patterns but still finding themselves repeating them.

The Heart House Method™ helps you uncover where those patterns began, understand what your nervous system has been protecting, and intentionally build new ways of thinking, relating, choosing, and living.

You’re not broken.

You were patterned.

Maybe you’ve done a lot of work already …

You have worked repeatedly to understand why you do some of the things you do.

But you still find yourself …

  • overgiving until you are exhausted, or even worse, and now you feel resentment beginning to set in

  • questioning yourself after making decisions, especially when under pressure, like you freeze

  • feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions

  • pulling away when you feel vulnerable in a relationship

  • achieving more and more constantly, but rarely feeling like it’s enough or that you’re doing enough

  • recognizing a pattern while seeing yourself repeat it, and not being able to seem to know how to stop it.

This is where The Heart House Method™ Journey begins.

Do you find yourself in one of these roles throughout your life and believe it’s just who you are?

She is holding a mug and smiling, surrounded by potted plants, a stack of books, an open notebook, and a sculpture on a wooden pedestal near a large window.

Unique Approach to Healing

The Heart House Method™ is where Faith, Neuroscience, and Psychology meet. The path through therapy can bring us to a level of knowledge and understanding from our adult perspective, looking back, and some do regress to help look at the child perspective.

This Heart House Method™ goes to the root of the child’s perception and then uses the very trait of the nervous system that helped survival to rewire to a healthy adult, healed place of loving fully, your authentic, genuine, whole self.

We offer distinct Levels of the Heart House Method™ 1:1 Coaching Program to meet you where you are in your journey today:
