No refunds will be issued for:

- Coaching sessions whether completed or not
- Missed appointments

If you select a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

7. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions through the designated booking platform.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited
- No-shows may result in loss of the session without a refund
- Repeated cancellations may result in termination of services
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary.

All content, materials, methods, branding, graphics, workbooks, videos, images, exercises, course materials, downloads, trademarks, and proprietary frameworks — including The Heart House Method™ — are the intellectual property of The Heart House, LLC unless otherwise stated.
